Richard K.A. Siele

It is with deep sorrow and regret that we announce the passing on of Mr. Richard K.A. Siele, former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government on 29th May 2019.

Beloved husband of Mrs. Grace Siele and loving father to Thomas Koros, Rachelle Siele and Robert Koros of KASNEB. Son of the Late Kipsiele Arap Bor and the late Tabutmoi Bor. Brother of Elijah and late Rachel Siele, Tabutany and late Arap Langat, late Tabsabei and late John Mutai, Sarah and Stanley Tonui, late Rael and late Arap Bimbin, Cosmas and Nancy Siele and Nixon and Selina Siele. Son-in-law to the late Mathayo and late Jane Koske. Brother-in-law to Hon. John and Esther Terer, Ruth and the late Chebole, Peter and the late Anna Terer, late Lydia and late Towett, late Rael and late Benjamin Milgo, Rachel Koske, Henry and late Emily Terer, late Lily Koske, Paul and Alice Terer.

Funeral arrangements are ongoing at his Nairobi home on Ngong Road and in Sinendet Village, Olenguruone, Nakuru County.

A fundraiser will be held on Wednesday, 12th May 2019 at All Saints Cathedral from 5.30pm and contributions can be made through Paybill No. 547680, A/C no. your name.

A memorial service will be held at AGC Good Shepherd Church on Ngong Road at 9.30am on Friday, 14th June 2019.

Funeral service and burial will be at his home in Sinendet Village, Olenguruone, Nakuru County on Saturday, 15th June 2019.
