Appreciation

The family of the late Richard Kegode Lukuyu, wishes to express immense gratitude to all those who stood by us during our time of sorrow. Thank you for caring enough to come to the funeral and for all the support you showed us. Grief is too heavy to carry alone, and your support helped lighten our load. The care and concern you showed were reminders that Richard touched so many lives in his lifetime. It was very meaningful to us for you to share in our grief. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy, and we were deeply moved by your kindness and care which were like a refreshing wind to our saddened spirits.

Specifically, our special thanks go to God, the East Africa Yearly Meeting of Friends (North) Quakers, the Kegode family, Daneva family, our extended family, the KATTI community, all the KATTI Principals, The Rift Valley Technical Training Institute, The Aldai Technical Training Institute, The Kitale National Polytechnic, Kapsabet Girls High School, Kitale School, The Alliance High School Old Boys, Egerton University alumni, Hill School class of ’82, Kobujoi Mission Hospital, the community, neighbors and all our friends.
