Beloved Husband of Cyrilla Namalwa Otiti. Son of the late Joseph Ongaria Otiti & Maria Namkuru Otiti. Father of Martin & Phyllis, Jesca & Patrick, the late Francis Elwaka, Benerdette Omai, Andrew & Priscilla, David & Nancy. Brother of the late Scholastica, the late Theodore, Nekesa and the late James Ongaria. Brother-in-law of Bernard, Gabriel, Stanislaus, Victoria, Goretti, Petronilla, Sr.Teresa, Christine, Judy, Jackline and Alice. Grandfather of Evelyne & Philip, Stanza & Holiness, Mike, Lynnette, Hulda, Violette, Cynthia, Fidel, Kent, Cael & Arya. Great grandfather of Ari and Leo.

Papa’s final resting place will be at his home in Kidera Village, Amukura location, Busia County, on Tuesday 7th April 2020.
