Robert Mwangi Wahome (Bob)

1956-2022

It’s with the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Robert Mwangi Wahome (Bob) formerly of Nanyuki Municipal Council and Rumuruti Town Council, after a short illness.

Beloved son of the late Philip Wahome Gathigi and Ruth Wanjira (Nyagicira) of Ihithe Tetu Nyeri County.

Husband of Anne Muthoni Kunyiha. Father to Peter Wahome and Chris Kunyiha.

Brother to the late Mary Gathigia Wahome and James Ndung’u Wahome. Step-brother of the late Wanyeki Wahome, the late Muta Wahome, among many others.

Son-in-law of the late Chris Kunyiha, the late Eunice Wanjiru and Hanna Wangechi. Uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Nyahururu County Referral Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 16th March, 2022 at 9.00am for funeral service and burial at his farm Ol-Arabel Scheme, Gituamba Location, Ng’arua, Laikipia County, starting 11.00am.
