It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of our beloved mother (Rtd) Assistant Commissioner of Police Mrs. Rosemary Nelima Khisa Mwella through a tragic road accident on Thursday 12th December 2019 at Salama along Nairobi Mombasa Highway.

Daughter of the late Henry and Rebecca Wabuge; and Mary Wabuge. Wife of the late Lazarus Nelson Mwella Sindani. Mother of Timothy Sikunyi Muellar— Ministry of East African Community, Corretta Mwella (Texas USA), Dr. Philemon Namasaka (JKUAT) and Joseph Mwella (Advocate GBHL, Mombasa). Mother-in-law of the late Jane Murunga, Lucy Njoki, Mohamed Auwala, Lydia Wetugi and Merlene Juma. Grandmother of Stalin Sindanni, Michael Omollo, Esperanza Mwella, Beata Katola, Amy Mwella, Sonya Mwella and Soyinka Mwella. Great-grandmother of Melvin Mwella.

Sister of the late Jane Nasimiyu, Jane Wanjala, the late Alice Simiyu, Francis Wabuge, Stephen Wabuge, Imelda Wafula, Christopher Wabuge, Protus Wabuge, Esther Wabuge, the late Ruth Nasimiyu, Janet Wabuge, James Wabuge, Sarah, John, Elizabeth, the late Joseph, Enock, Hannah. Mother-in-law of the Murungas, the Ndegwas, the Auwalas — Kano, Nigeria, the Wetugis, the Wanyonyis and the Olondos. In-law of Masika, Manyonge, Simiyu, Matakala, Nabachenja, Wasike, Makari, Mulongo, Wanjala, Mauko, Kavilile, Muboka, Namikoye, Nyongesa, Makhokha, Khaoma, Nabalayo, Nasambu,Watila, Masicha and Mukoyani,Wanjala, Simiyu, Ruth, Margaret, Daniel, Margaret and Helen.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, Nairobi on Thursday 19th December, 2019 for her home.

A Funeral mass and tributes shall be held on Friday 20th December, 2019 at St. Longinus Sub-Parish Church at 12.00.

The final Funeral Mass and burial shall take place at her home on Saturday 21st December, 2019 in Mabusi village, Tongaren, Bungoma County.
