It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on of Rtd. Senior Chief Jeremiah Kipkoech Chebet, that occurred on Sunday 1st November, 2020.

Son of Andrea Chebet and the late Salome Toiyoi of Chebara and Kapsillot, Moiben Location, Elgeyo Marakwet County. Brother of Daniel, Prof. Esther Kibor, Elizeba, Rhoda, Joseph, Lornah and Loice. Step-brother of Susan, Jonathan, David, Eunice, Robert, Luke, Lilian, Julius, Jane, Rael, Samuel and Joel. Son-in-taw of the late Cherutich Chemur and the late Hellen Talaa of Kimnai. Brother-in-law of Elizabeth Chemonjoi, Prof Kibor, Joseph, Lukah, Veronica. Florence, Irene, among others. Uncle of Phillip, Naomi, Hellen, Kimutai, Vivian, Kiptoo, Betty, Chepchumba, Faith, Marion, Mercy, Davy, Chelimo, Barry, Jerotich, Antoninah, Noela, Jackline and Allan. Grandfather of Tia and Kyter.

The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary, on Monday 9th November 2020 for burial on Tuesday 10th November, 2020, at Kapsillot Farm Uasin Gishu County.
