Ruth Gathigia Njogu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Ruth Gathigia Njogu which occurred in New Delhi, India.

Daughter of Irene Wanjiku Njogu, TSC – County Director, Vihiga County. She was a niece of the late Jecinta Nyawira Gatheru, Anne Wambura Njogu, the late Regina Gathoni, Lucy Ngima, Patrick and Joyce Wamae (Micronet Power Systems). Cousin of Lydia Njogu (Ngong Hills Hotel), Florence Wambui (Afya Sacco), Dr. Edward Matu Gatheru (Kenya Airways), Leah Gathigia, and Amos Njogu, among many others.

Family and Friends are meeting at Patrick Wamae’s residence at Kiu River – Kahawa Sukari, Homeland Inn -Thika road and Muthaiga – Nanyuki Town.

The cortege leaves Nanyuki Referral Hospital at 8 AM on Friday 28th February 2020 for a funeral service and burial at her Mother’s residence in Muthaiga, Nanyuki Municipality.
