Ruth Ng’endo Macharia (Wakamoche)
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Ruth Ng’endo Macharia.
Wife of the late Elijah Macharia Muiruri. Daughter of the late Kamoche and Nyambura. Mother of Margaret Wanjru Thiong’o, William Muiruri, Moses and Catherine John and Florence, Loise Nyambura and Esther Waithera. Mother-in-law of the late Mukora Thiong’o of Apex Security Group.
Grandmother of Joseph and Wamuyu, Elias and Njeri, Franklin, Maureen, Derrick ,Charity and Peter, Melvin, Tamara, Trevor K.K, James, Peninah, Ruth and Evelyn. Great grandmother of Nelphat, CJ, Ethan, Mason and Edward. Sister of Nyakio Mungai, the late Njoki Kamau, the late Gachuhi Kamoche (Wamukundi), the late Miring’u Kamoche, the late Wanjiru Kamweru and the late Peter Njoroge Kamoche (Moshi).
Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Mutati village from 2pm for prayers and burial arrangements. Other meetings will be held at PCEA St.Andrews church Nairobi today Thursday 30th November and Friday 1st December 2017 at 5pm.The cortege leaves KU Mortuary on Tuesday 5th December 201 7 at 8.00am. Funeral service will be held at Kigaa PCEA Church at 10:00am and thereafter burial at her home in Mutati.
She fought a good fight finished the race and kept the faith.
While words fail to capture the pain of losing a loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our heavenly Father return your dear one to you.
