Ruth Nyambura Nderito

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on to glory of Ruth Nyambura Nderito which occurred on the morning of 15th July 2019 at St Luke’s Hospital Eldoret.

Daughter of the late Wachira and Wambui Honoki of Karangia sub-location, Nyeri County. Beloved wife of the late Peter Nderitu Muhoro (PN). Loving mother of immediate former Commissioner for Cooperatives, Mary Mungai & the late Peter Mungai, the late Patrick Muhoro & Mary Wanjiku Muhoro, Lucy Wambui (USA) & the late Geoffrey Mwaura, Mike & Felistas Wachira, Lillian & Oliver Kantai. Sister of the late Miriam Karie Ndegwa, the late Susan Wanjiku Watheri and the late Wangui Hunoki. Caring in-law to Wariiiru Kairu (Nyeri), Joseph Ndegwa (Nyeri), Charles Gicheru (Matunda), Paul Ndumia (USA), the late Joseph Mathenge and Douglas Muhoro (USA). Ruth was a doting grandmother to many grandchildren and she cherished her great grandchildren dearly.

Friends and family are consoling with her family at her home in Matunda, at Holy Family Basilica -Nairobi and at King’eero, Lower Kabete.

The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH), Eldoret on Saturday, 20th July 2019 at 8.00am, followed thereafter by the funeral service at her farm in Matunda, Moi’s Bridge.

I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Glory be to God.

In God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you remain forever, fare thee well mom/ shosh.
