APPRECIATION

It is exactly one month since you left us mom but feels like yesterday. The family of the late Ruth Waihuini Mwangi (Mwari wa Zakaria) gives thanks to God for His grace in enabling us to lay mom to rest on 09th July 2021.

The Family also wishes to express its gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Paul Wangai Junior-of Aga Khan hospital Nairobi, Dr. Kamau of Kikuyu, Dr. Mary Njoroge of Hurlingham Physiotherapy and Prof. Laura Wanjohi for the care you extended to mom. Special thanks to both Mary of Assumption Catholic Church Umoja 1 and St Thomas Catholic Church, Kimondo for hosting the funeral mass. We sincerely thank the Mary of Assumption & St Stephen Matteus CWA women and St. Andrew Kaggwa Jumuia members (Umoja I) for their prayers, words of comfort and officiating the requiem and funeral masses.

Special mention goes to our relatives, family friends, Court “G” Umoja I neighbours, colleagues and the funeral committee for their prayers, calls, visits, messages of condolences and material contribution which went a long way in helping us walk this journey. May God bless and increase your boundaries.

Mom, we miss you: Sammy & MaryJane, Grace & Gichuki, grandchildren: Jacquie, Kathy, & Purie. Kui, Juju & Mike. Ken, Carol & Vale and Gift. Great grandchildren: Adrian, Natasha & Ariana. In- Laws Martin & Kamotho and care giver, Lydia Njau.

Mom, you are gone but we believe that you are in a better place and that your spirit lives on. We are comforted to know that: “You have fought a good fight, You have finished the race, You have kept the faith”.
