Samuel Chege Gathuo

It is with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Samuel Chege Gathuo.

Beloved husband of Monicah Njeri lkenye. Son of the late Gilbert Gathuo and Juliana Wacera Gathuo. Father of James Gathuo, Francis Mwangi, Peter Kamau, Susan Wacera and Stephen Macharia. Father-in-law of Lucy Wacu, Miriam Wanjiru, Eunice Wanjiku and Rose Mugure. Brother of Ann Wanjiku Huho, Emily Njeri Thuo, the late Peter Kamau and Eleaner Wambui Kigaya. Step-son of the late Natharina Wangari Gathuo. Step-brother of Francis Kahiga, Teresiah W Njoroge. David Njihia, John Hinga, Joseph Muhoro, Mary Muthoni, Michael Gichuki and the late Paul Chege Gathuo. An uncle and grandfather of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence Kabiria Waithaka near Lepic School.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 15th February, 2019 at 9:00am followed by church service at St. Jude Catholic Church Satelite and burial at his home in Kabiria the same day.
