Samuel Ndiba Kihara (Shangilia)

It is with a humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Samuel Ndiba Kihara (Shangilia) on 12th June 2021.

He was son of the late Peter Kihara Gathoga and the late Rahab Wanjiku and Leah Wanjiru. Loving husband of the late Hannah Wangari, Charity Wamwitha and Josephine Wangui. Father to Peter Kihara, George Kariuki, Josphat Gathoga, the late Henry Muchal, Tirus Kamiti, Jeremiah Kabucho, Backson Gitimu, late Peter Klhara and Josphat Gathoga.

He was a brother to the late Hannah Gaithuma, late Gladys Mburu, Late Peter Young Kihara, Hellen Mukenyi Githinji, Tirus Kamiti, Late Naomi Nduta, Florence Wambui, the late Josphat Gathoga, James Njuguna, Hannah Wangari, Samuel Ndiba, Mary Njeri, William Mwaura and Hellen Mukenyi Bushad. He was a loving grandfather and great grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Kamulu (Mpatanishi) and his rural home at Gituamba, Githiga, Githunguri, Kiambu County from 6:00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home-Nairobl at 7.30 am on 19th June 2021. The funeral service will be conducted at his home at Kamulu where he will be laid to rest.
