Samuel Njoroge Muiruri

1938 – 2019

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away on 31st of May of Mr. Samuel Njoroge Muiruri of Nyathuna, Kiambu County. Formerly of VoK (KBC) and KTN.

Son of the late Mwalimu Onesmus Muiruri and the late Mrs. Kezia Wangeci. Son-in-law of the late Elijah Kibaru and Monica Wangui. Husband of the late Elizabeth Wanjiru Njoroge. Brother of the late James Ndungu, the late Alice Wanjiru, Grace Mwahaki, Rahab Nyanjau, Loise Gathairu, the late Joel Kamau, Margaret Njeri, Sarah Wairimu, Josephine Wambui. Brother-in-law of James and the late Jacinta Karanja, the late Anastasia Nyambura, Pastor Peter and Veronica Ngugi, Peter and Agnes Kihara, the late James Mungai and Susan, Andrew and Margret Gikaru and the late John Kamau. Cousin, uncle and friend to many. Father of Patrick and Anne Kifaru (USA),Andrew and Susan Muiruri and John and Esther Kamau. Grandfather of Amani, Elsie, Tumaini, Ella and Sam.

Funeral arrangements are ongoing, family and friends are meeting daily at his Nyathuna home from 4.00pm.

We appreciate all the support we have received.

The Cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Thursday, 13th June 2019 at 8.30am for funeral service at ACK Nyathuna starting from 11.00am, thereafter burial will follow at his home.
