Samuel Owiti Obudho

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Samuel Owiti Obudho formerly of Starehe Boy’s Centre and Teacher’s Service Commission.
Son of the late John Robert Obudho, Priscilla Obudho and Helida Obudho. Husband to Mary Obudho. Father to Lillian Obudho, Moses Obudho, Priscilla Obudho and Janet Obudho. Brother to (the late Godfrey Mboha, Dunstan Obudho, Joseph Yamo, Jairus Abayo and Samson Mango), Grace Osewe, Margaret Auma, Isaac Obudho, Willis, Pauline, Caroline, Maureen, Uyoga and Florence.
Father-in-law to Yuphine Auma, Patrick Odaba and Joel Sang’. He was a grandfather of five.
The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 10th July 2020. Burial will take place his home in Goma village, Got Ramogi Sub-Location in Central Yimbo, Bondo.

My Obudho, you walked an important journey with many of us by tutoring us Mathematics. As teenagers we respected you because of how you treated us. Firm but understanding. At the time, we may have underestimated the significance of your contributions because of our youthful minds. Today, it is clearer that how you taught us was the difference. What we took away made a big difference to who we are today. Rest in Peace
