Sarah Gatitu Muchira  

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Sarah Gatitu Muchira on 30th July 2018.

She was the loving wife of the late Mwalimu Gladstone Muchira Mugo. She hails from Kimunye, Kiangecu Village, Kirima location, Gichugu Sub County, Kirinyaga County. Daughter of the late Harun Njege Nyaga and late Hannah Wamunyu Njege. Adorable sister of the late Misheck Nyaga, Mary Murangi Gituru, the late Justin Muriuki, Salome Gakindu Mwendia and Maritha Karoki. Mother of Josephine Wawira Kamunyori, Jennifer Wamunyu Muyekho, Peter Karanga Muchira, Berth Muthoni Nguyo, Harun Wachira Muchira, Mary Murangi Kago, Nancy Wanjiku Njuguna, Ruth Wambui Muchira, late Grace Ruguru Muchira and Ernest Githinji Muchira. Mother in law of John Kamunyori, Peter Muyekho, Zelipha Karanga, Priscilla Wachira, Peter Mwangi Kago, Joseph Mwangi Njuguna and Lydia Wangithi Githinji. Grandmother to 23 and great grandmother of 4.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home. Kutus, Kirinyaga County on Wednesday 8/08/2018 at 8.00am for church service at ACK Kiburi church at 10.00am thereafter burial at her home in Kiangecu village.

Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral on Thursday, Friday and Monday starting at 5.30pm for funeral arrangements.
