With gratitude to God, we wish to announce the death of Mrs. Sarah Wandia Githae of Gitunduti Sub-Location, Magutu Location, Mathira Division, Nyeri County.

Wife of the late Ephraim Githae Mithamo. Daughter of the late Elijah and Jerushah Mwaniki. Mother of Anne wachira, Grace Mithamo, George Mithamo, Dirksen Mwaniki, Caroline Kinda, Rosalind Kirika, Jennifer Chege, Jacqueline Njeru and the late Bernard Gathungu. Mother-in-law of late John Wachira, Njoki Mithamo, Charity Mwaniki, Gabriel Kinda, Rev. Prof. Gerishon Kirika, late Fred Chege, Charles Njeru and Rebecca Muthoni. Grandma & Great grandma of many. Sister of Ruth Wanjugu, the late David Gakuo, the late Hilda Kingi, the late Rachel Mundia, Mary Kibogo, John Munyuthe, the late Simon Kabiru and late Titus Wangai. Sister-in-law of Marion Mutundu, Anna Muthigani, the late Wangui Kibichoi and Jeni Munene.

Prayers will be held daily at her Gitunduti home starting on 2Ist February at 4p.m. and at St Andrews Church on Thursday 22nd at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 25th February 2018 at 3p.m.

The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 28th February 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for a funeral service and interment at her Gitunduti home from 11a.m.
