SIMON CHEGE MICHUKI

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Simon Chege Michuki.

Chege was the son of the late Senior Chief Abraham Michuki Kagwi and Mariana Wanjiku Michuki. Brother to the late Hon. John Njoroge Michuki. Husband to Hannah Nyambura Michuki and the late Florence Mumbi Michuki. Father to Kenrick Wilson Njoroge Michuki, John Kiereini Michuki, Maryann Wanjiku Michuki and Nicholas Michuki. In-law to the families of the late Joseph Wanyahoro Kararwa and Elizabeth Kanyi Wanyahoro; Zakayo Njoroge Kiereini and Milkah Njeri Njoroge. Grandfather to Mumbi, Chege and Wanjiru. Beloved uncle, cousin, and lifelong friend to many more.

Friends and family are meeting at the Consolata Shrine Parish Hall, at 5.30pm, on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th March 2019. There will be a memorial mass at Consolata Shrine, Westlands at 10.00am on Monday, 11th March, 2019.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home at 8.00arn on Tuesday 12th March 2019. Thereafter, a requiem mass will be held at Kiangunyi Catholic Parish, Kangema at 11am, followed by a burial ceremony at the family homestead.

ETERNAL REST, GRANT UNTO HIM O LORD AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON HIM MAY HE REST IN PEACE. AMEN
