Simon Muchira Miano

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing on of Simon Muchira Miano on Thursday, 28th April, 2022 at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital, Nairobi.

He was son of the late Samuel Miano Njeru and Late Tabitha Waruguru Miano of Ndunduini, Sub-location, Karumandi Location, Kirinyaga County.

Beloved husband to Raphaela Wanjue Muchira and loving father to Christine (KBC), Everlyne (Ministry Interior) and Edwin (KU).

Brother to Phillis Kamori, Late Cyprian Kariithi, Late Stella Muthoni and John Miano.
Father-in-law to Gibson Gitahi. Grandfather to Nadya, Najma and Jason.

He was a loving uncle, cousin, and grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at his home in Ndunduini, Kirinyaga and Blue Springs Hotel, Thika Road, for burial arrangements until today, 4th May, 2022.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, 5th May 2022 at 6:30am.

Funeral service will be held at St Michael ACK Kavote Church followed by burial at his home in Ndunduini, Kirinyaga County.
