Simon Peter Wambugu

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Simon Peter Wambugu. He was the son of the late John Wariahe and the Late Veronicah Wangui.

Husband of lsabella Nyambura Wambugu (Mrs Wambugu, Chinga Boys), Terry and Anthony Maina, John Bosco Wambugu, Victor & Esther Wambugu, Obado and Dominic Savio Kariuki. Brother of the late Joseph Wakahiu, the Late Paul Wanderi and Cecilia Njeri. Step Brother of Njeri, Wanjiru, Wakahiu, Late Kiragu and late Githinji. Doting grandfather to Nyambura, Simon and Achieng. Uncle to the Wakahiu’s, Wanderi’s and Njagi’s.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily in Nairobi at Norwich Union House 7th Floor and at his home in Gichiche village, Chinga location.

The cortege leaves Outspan funeral home on Saturday 7th October 2017 at 8am for a funeral service at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Gichiche at 10am and thereafter for the burial at his Gichiche Gikumbo farm, Othaya, Nyeri County.
