Sister Ambrose Mobasi

The Franciscan sisters of St. Joseph Asumbi Announce The death of our beloved Sister Ambrose Mobasi, which occurred 10/05/2021, at Christamarianne Mission Hospital, Kisii.

Daughter of the late Mr. Jeremiah Abuta and the late Mama Catherine Kwamboka Riobore Village, Embaro Sub-location, Nyamira County. Sister of the late Alice Mongina, the late Nyakundi, Joseph Karaita, the late Yobesiah Nyaboke and the late Paciflcah Kemunto. Step-sister of the late Mongi’na, the late James, the late Nyangweso, the late Mobasi, Nyabonyi, Agnes, Nyarangi, the late Ruth, Mokeira, Moraa and the late Antony Nyambati. Sister-in-law of Bathseba Moraa and the late Hellen kwamboka.

The cortege leaves Christamarrianne Mission Hospital Kisii on 18/05/2021 at 6.00am for Reception Mass at St. Theresa’s Mother House Chapel, thereafter burial will be held at Asumbi Cemetery.

Sr. Ambrose, you have fought a good fight and kept the faith. May you rest in eternal peace. Amen!
