It is with our deepest sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden and untimely demise of Stephen Ezekiel Masakhalia which occurred on 26th April, 2020.

Son of Hon. Dr. Y. F. O. Masakhalia EGH, and the Late Florence Masakhalia. Brother of Sherry Nekesa of London, UK, Sarah Nabwire Franzese, of Milan, Italy and Dr. Sheila Nafula Blumberg of New York, USA. Brother-in-law of Thomas Mchugh, Stefano Franzese and Micheal Blumberg. Grandson of the late Ezekiel and Eseri Masakhalia and the late John and Sarah Ondele. Loving uncle of Anais Eshimuli DJ Franzese, Harper and Asher Blumberg, Pamela Mekaliza. Nephew of Alice Awimbo, Dr. John Olonga, Phinehas Khaaba, Constance Mambala, Erick Bwibo, Margaret Osewo, Rispa Agola, Beatrice Ongoye, Philip Musibi, Grace Masakhalia, James Khaaba, Fred Wanga, and the late Christine Marega among others. Cousin and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 1st, May, 2020 at 9.00 a.m. Burial will take place at Bumagunda village, Butula sub county, Busia County on Saturday 2nd May, 2020.
