Stephen Githuku Njuguna

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Stephen Githuku Njuguna of Giachuki, Kigoro, Gatanga Constituency on 7th June 2020 after a short illness.

Son of the late Wallace Njuguna and Leah Wambui of Giachuki. Beloved husband of Florence Nyambura Githuku. Father of Henry Njuguna, David Kamau (Narok), Simon Ngugi, Leah Wambui, John Gichuru (John’s Retail, Nairobi) and Samuel Mukabi. Brother of the late Simon Ngugi, the late Samuel Mukabi the late Mary Njeri, Henry Maina (TBM), Damaris Mugure, Rahab Wanjiru, Dorcas Muthoni, Emily Waithera, Paul Mburu (USA).

Father-in-law of Rachel, Margaret Njeri, Njeri Ngugi, Kiguru, Margaret Gicuru and Wanjiru. Grandfather of Elizabeth, Dan, Bernice, Martin, Steve, Njau, Joy among others. Great grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers at his home Giachuki, Gatanga Constituency.

The cortege leaves Bishop Okoe Mortuary, Thika on 16th June 2020 at 8.00am for funeral and burial service at Giachuki, Kigoro Sub-County, Gatanga Constituency, Murang’a County starting at 11am.
