Stephen Ochieng Olwande

It is with humble acceptance to God’s will that we announce the passing of Stephen Olwande. which occurred on 26th June 2018 at Kenyatta Hospital Nairobi.

Son of Joram Olwande and Grace Olwande. Husband of Lillian Achieng Odongo, (daughter of George Odongo Ogidi and Susanne Waliuba). Brother of Rose Olwande, Robert Olwande, Richard Olwande, Edward Olwande and Risper Olwande. Grandson of the late Zachary Obonyo and Roslida Obonyo of Uyoma, the late Charles Onyango and Truphosa Onyango of Nambale. Nephew of Meshack and Felistas Ochieng of U.S.A. Rosemary Adhiambo, George Onyango (Kenyatta University) and Susanne Onyango, Emily Sadiq, Winnie Akinyi of U.K, Henry Nyambu and Jane Nyambu, Charles and Margret Ogutu of Uyoma. the late Fannuel Okoth and Emily Okoth (teacher at Lusi Primary). Cousin of Dr. Jorry and Roselyn Odede,Alice Magolo, Edmond Okoth, Brian Okoth, Grace Wanjiku, Zackary Obonyo, among others.

There will be fund raising meetings at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Thursday 5th July 2018 and Tuesday 10th July 2018 from 5:00pm — 8.00pm.

Daily prayer meetings are held at Baraka Estate.

The Cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on 13th July and will proceed home in Uyoma where he will be laid to rest on 14th July 2018.
