It is with great sorrow and acceptance of the sudden death of Teacher Elder Catherine Wambui Mburu on Monday 8/7/2019. She hailed from Maragua Ridge, Murang’a sub-county, Murang’a County.

Wife of the late Robert Washington Mburu Kirera. Daughter of the late Danson Waweru and Elizabeth Wanjiru. Mother of Danson Waweru and Stephanie Wairimu. Step mother of Antony Kamau, Racheal Wairimu, Hilda Wairimu and John Muiruri. Co-wife of Lilian Mumbi Mburu. Sister of Alice Wanjiku, James Macharia, Andrew Kaguru,Agnes Wambui and Noah Gathu.

Cortege leaves Murang’a County Mortuary on Wednesday 17/7/2019 for burial service at Turiru village Maragua Ridge at 10.30 am.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting at 6.30 pm daily at her home Matanya shopping centre in Maragua Ridge.
