Humbly accepting God’s will, we announce the passing on of Teacher Mary Ngenia Karanja of Miguta High School.

Daughter of the late Simon Maina Kariuki and the late Esther Muthoni Maina.

Wife to Samuel Karanja Kamia (Department of Co-operative Development Garissa.) and cherished mother to Albert Kamia – Unibridge High School. Eunice Wangui — Ebru TV and Gift Maina — Kanunga High School.

Sister to John Kariuki Maina, Margaret Wanjiku Mburu, David Gathiira Maina, Caroline Wamaitha Mwangi, Joseph Waikanya Maina, late Daniel Mwangi Maina, and James Macharia Maina. Aunty to many nephews and nieces.

Friends and family are meeting at her home in Ruiru every evening.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Monday 4th January 2021 at 8,00 am.

Requiem Service and burial ceremony will take place at the Lang’ata Cemetery from 10:00am.
