It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Thomas Maina Thuo of Gacharage Village, Ithiageni, lyego, Murang’a County.

Son of the late Nelson Thuo Gachirua and Winnie Nyambura Thuo.

Husband to Grace Wanjiru Maim. Father to Lucy Nyambura, Maryanne Waweru, Nicholas Thuo, Irene Njeri and the late Josephine Kagure. Father-in-law to Stephen Waweru.

Brother to the late Francis Mwangi & Jane Njeri, Grace Njeri & Benson Maina, Gladys Wangari & Wilson Mutahi, Rose Wachui & Peter Gatharau, John Kamau & Gladys Muthoni,Antony Macharia & Lydiah Njambi.

Brother-in-law to Benjamin Mwangi Shem and Catherine Wanjiru.

Grandfather to Brian Maina & Mary, Brettah Wanjiru & Timothy, Nicole Wanjiru & Michael, Shanice Wanjiru, Kysha Nyambura, Amy Kamene and Kayla Njeri, among others. Great-grandfather to Aiden Mureithi. Cousin, Uncle, Grandfather and a Friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Buruburu from 5.00pm-8.00pm.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Funeral Home on 21st March, 2023 at 7.00am for burial at his home in Nyakahura Village, lyego Location, Murang’a County from 10.00am.
