There’s hope for those who die in the Lord. May our dear Lord give comfort to the family at this trying moment.
The age gap didn’t matter at all, japuonj Tom always treated me like a peer. In the course of giving him legal advice I benefited immensely from his free flowing wisdom and advises, his wealth of experience in matters education and life generally as well as his unwavering spiritual guidance. Tom just made you feel so free in his company no matter the circumstances. We have lost an irreplaceable friend, mentor, and advisor!
Our prayers remain with mama Grace and the lovely daughters Ann, Roselyne, Irene, Sicilia and Sara. May the Lord sustain you!
Pole sana to the family. May our good Lord grant the family comfort peace and strength during this trying period.

My sincere condolences to the family of Japuonj and Elder Tom Ouso. He was always an avid educationalist. May his legacy in education remain to linger and inspire us to do our part. May God’s comfort surround the family and give the necessary strength to grieve with hope of the soon return of Jesus to deal with the last enemy to be destroyed; death.
In my lifetime I’ve met very few people with characteristics like those of Elder Ouso. An energetic, intelligent yet humble and loving man. He reminded me so much of my late father who loved people genuinely and gave all he had to uplift others. Tho wang’e tek jowadwa. Oyiero jowa madongodongo odhigo e loo. My condolences to the family I love. Chenro mar Nyasaye opogore gi mar dhano. I believe we shall see Elder on the resurrection morning.
Daddy have missed you already. But is just okay if it was God’s plan. I never knew you were saying bye to me when you told me to take care of the home Daddy. It’s so painful and difficult to accept but may you meet the Christ Daddy …. bye 👋
Rest in peace dady
My wife and I wish to add our condolences to your family for your loss. I was on the staff at Maseno Secondary School 1970-1973, where Tom was an esteemed (and younger by six months) colleague.

It is with much sadness that I received news of the passing away of uncle Tom Ouso. I fondly remember him as being very loving and a beacon of light in the community. Uncle, you will be missed. Rest well.
We loved you Mwalimu, but God loved you most–I benefited alot from your mentorship and discipline, at Mawego Technical School. Rest in peace–Headmaster.
