Appreciation

We, the Family of the late Mrs Veronica Wairimu Kariuki sincerely thank the Almighty God for the life He gave to our dear and beloved wife and mum. Our sincere heartfelt gratitude goes to the entire James Kariuki’s family, relatives, in-laws, and friends; for visitation, prayers and words of encouragement, moral, spiritual and financial suppor upon the demise of Mama Kuria.

Special appreciation goes to the members of St. Joseph the Worker for their prayers during mum’s illness and neighbours at Upendo Court, Uhuru IV for their quick response. We thank Fr. Paul Wanyoro (Gathundia Catholic Church), for leading and ministering at the funeral service befitting mum’s send off. Our gratitude goes to the CWA of St Joseph the Worker (Jericho) and St. Raphael SCC, (Tumaini), the leadership teams and priests for condoling with us and for continued prayers. We thank the Organising Committees both in Tumaini, Plot 4 and Nairobi, and Msimano that ensured everything was done well, rightfully and on time.

Many thanks go to Institutions and Groups that offered their support and services to us. Our thanks to all the relatives and friends, community leaders, and entire Tumaini village community for their overwhelming support and presence. The local administration for going beyond your call of duty and your presence at the funeral. To all those we have not mentioned, please accept our thanks and this acknowledgment. We are grateful for your support and may the Almighty bless you abundantly.

Finally, our sincere gratitude goes to the Doctors and nurses who have been treating Mama Jane over the years led by Dr. Wala and Dr. Kunyiha from Aga Khan University Hospital.

May God grant her eternal rest and His everlasting and perpetual light shine upon her.
