Virginia Wangechi Kariuki

We announce the death of Virginia Wangechi Kariuki from Thageini, Ithekahuno village, Nyeri county which occurred on 22/6/2020.

She was wife to the Late James Kariuki Muchuki. Mother to Mary Muringo Mwai (Kayole Nrb) and Shiphirah Wambui Kiruthu (Sipili, Laikipia). Step mother to Mercy Wangui Kiruhi, Haron Kanuthu and Richard Mundia. Mother-in-law to the late Dickson Mwai Mburia and the Late Joseph Kiruthu Mithamo. Sister to Monica Wambui Gachanja (Muruguru) and Rebeccah Wamuyu Ngunyangi (Kangaita). Grandmother to Lydia Wangechi Muringo (Namanga), Martin Kariuki Kiruthu (Varomatech Ltd) and many more as well as great-grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary, Nyeri on Friday 26th June 2020 at 8.00am for burial at Thangeini, Ithekahuno village at 11am at her family home.
