Walter Dennis Bala

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Dennis Bala. He was son of the late Timocheo Olanda and Mama Christina Odago.

Husband of the late Aoko Bala and Mama Mical Awino Bala. Brother to the late Rosebella Agai Owako, Lyette Olanda, Susan Raballa, Phoebe Oketch, Elizabeth Ochuka, Daniel Gombe and the late Thomas Omollo.

Brother in law to Dorine Gombe and the late Winfred Omollo of Onjiko Kochogo. Uncle to Herine Akinyi, Nyamaseno, Rebecca Ariko and among other children are Eunice, Josiah, Timothy, the late James, Stephen, Joshua, Mourine, Lyvia, Cencer and Faith.

Friends and family meeting daily from 6pm at Walter Bala home for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Star Mortuary Kisumu on Friday 6th May 2022 at 12 noon. The requiem mass will be held at AIC Kochogo Church. There will be a night vigil at Mzee Walter Bala’s home, the burial ceremony will be held on Saturday 7th May 2022 in Kano Kochogo and will be presided over by pastor in charge of AIC Kochogo local church.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his servant.
