Wanjohi Waweru (Mkulima), Director of Bantu Mountain Lodge and Oldmoses Camp, Nanyuki

It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Wanjohi Waweru (Mkulima), Director of Bantu Mountain Lodge and Oldmoses Camp in Nanyuki which occurred on 14/08/2018.

He was the son of the Late George Waweru & the Late Maryann Mumbi Waweru. Husband of the late Hannah Muthoni Wanjohi. Father of George Waweru (deceased), Alice Mumbi, Patrick Wanjohi (Mountain Rock), Jane Nyokabi, Teresa Wanjohi, Priscilla Rindi, Ambrosina Njeri, Samwel Wahome & Peter Nderitu (Mkulima). Brother of Sister Georgina Wangechi, Ambrosina Njeri (deceased), Regina Wanjiru (deceased), Immaculate Muthoni, Mathew Wahome (deceased), Joseph Gichuki, Charles Ngatia and Samuel Waweru. Cousin of Egidio Wahome (deceased), and the late Philip Wahome (deceased), Muchiri Ngatia, Jervas Gichu among others. Grandfather and Great grandfather of many.

Funeral arrangements are taking place at Railway Club – Nairobi, Emess Hotel (old posta) Nanyuki and in his Rural Home in Witima – Othaya from 17th to 23rd August from 6.00 pm.

The Cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary on 24th August 2018 at 8.00am. Thereafter mass and burial at his Rural Home Witima Village – Othaya.
