1940 – 12th May 2017    It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of Mzee Manasseh Nyaligu Kesekwa formerly of KDF that occurred on 22nd May, 2017 at Mbale District Hospital,Vihiga County.
Loving husband of Judith Semo Kesekwa. Father of Jackson Nyaligu (Husseni Paints), Anthony Omwore (KDF), Emily Sariku (B/lady), Kennedy Lukase (BBK), Erick Essendi (Kahawa Garisson), Leonard Mwenesi (BOA-K), Philip Ababu (K.I.E) and Robert Kavingwa (Origin Homes Properties). Father-in-law of Fatuma Kesekwa, Scolastic Kesekwa, Elin Mgoi, Sharon Aseyo, Joan Cherutto and Susan Wanjiku. Son of the late Laban Nyaligu and the late Truphena Undisa. Brother of the late Mzee Enock Kidake, Margret Kidwaro, the late Boaz Saganda, Femina Uzumba, Jonathan Mbaya, Ephraim Adwanyika and Florence Amusavi. Son-in-law of the late Andrea Amakusi and the late Susan Ayiengukha: Brother-in-law of the late Florence Awinja, Rose Ondeche, Christine Osita, Rebecca Amimo, Flora Kajaira, Sheila Saganda, Judith Mgara, Rael Adwanyika, and uncle of many. Grandfather of Teddy, Carlos, Brian, Elvis, Larry, Sylvia, Sandra, Stacy, Ivy, Jabali, Brandon, Gabriel, Evan, Emmanuel and Leila.
The cortege leaves Jumia Friends Hospital, Kaimosi for his home in Mulundu Village, Mulundu Sub-location, Sabatia Sub-county,Vihiga County on 30th May, 2017. A requiem service will be held on I st June, 2017 at Mulundu Primary School before being laid to rest in Mulundu the same day.
