He was son of the late Patrick Mwakina and the late Sheila Ndunda of Mwalenyi Village„ Wundanyi. He was brother of the late Betty Mkacharo, Wilson Kibirisho, the late Veronica lshika and Granville Righa.
He was loving husband of Gladvvell Ndela Mwakulomba. Father of Patrick, the late Clemence, Alphie, Munna, George, Elijah, Peter, the late Twanze and David.
Son-in-law of Aiphelety and Clemence Mgendi.
Father-in-law of Lucy Mvvakina, Bernard Sitati, Lucia Mgendi and Mwajuma Mwachugu.
Grandfather of Sheila, Tony, Wesley, Nikki, Amon, Carla, Cockyne, Zawadi, jabali, Doyle, Malaika, Rebecca Wawuda and Ann Wakio. Great-grandfather of Naila,Alex and Ayan.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Mwalenyi, Wundanyi for prayers and burial preparations.
The cortege will leave St Joseph’s Farewell Home, Voi on Friday, 5/9/2025 at 3.00pm for a night vigil at his home. The late Washington Mwakulomba Mwakina will be laid to rest on Saturday 6/9/2025 at his home in Mwalenyi village Taita-Taveta County,
