Whitney Faith Nyiera Omondi

It is with absolute sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the promotion of glory of our beloved dearest child Whitney Faith Nyiera Omondi of Happyland Preparatory School Buruburu on 1st March 2018 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of Robert Omondi and Jane Oreng Omondi, and sister of the late Eugene Omondi, Hilllary Omondi (Strathmore University) and Jean Omondi (Ngara Girls). Granddaughter to the late Walter Omuony and Jane Omuony of Gem Ramula and Mr. Nelson Oreng and Mrs. Margaret Oreng of Uyoma katweng’a. Niece of Beatrice and Ezra Odondi, Judith and the late George Odero. Tony and Perez, Evans and Belinda, Jacky and Dave, Navon and dolly, Evelyn Oreng, Tom and tacky, Dan and Sophie, Mathew and Agness, Walter, Caro, Susan and Naomi Oreng. Cousin of Victor, Kim, Cynthia, Phillip, Hope, Sharon, Timon, Jazzmine, Jeremy, Janice, Jonathan, Jawar, Wrens, Desiree, Hawii, Daisy, Floy, BB, Effie, Hope, Joy, AJ, Jaj, Ebby, Kingsy, Kelly and Peter.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their house in Buruburu flats BBF213. A major fundraising will be held at All Saints Cathedral today, Tuesday 6th March 2018 starting 5.00 pm.

A requiem mass will be held at St. James ACK Church Buruburu on Thursday, 8th March 2018 11am.

Cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 9th March 2018 at 7.00am.

Burial will take place on Saturday 10th March 2018 at Gem Ramula, East Gem, Siaya County.
