Wilfred Kipkirui Rono

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Wilfred Kipkirui Rono of AAR Insurance which occurred on Friday 23rd September 2022.

Beloved husband to Betty Cheruiyot and the loving father of Tiffany Rono, Trevor Rono, and Tedd Rono.

Son of John Kobiro Rono, the late Esther Rono, and Elizabeth Rono. Brother to Benard, Caroline, Stanley, Geoffrey, Patrick, Jackline, Beatrice, Christine, Bethwel, Mary, Paul, Dennis, and George.

Son-in-law to the late Julius Cheruiyot and Elizabeth Cheruiyot. Brother-in-law to Late Thomas, Azariah, Mike, Edward, Late Nancy, Lillian, Joy, Lydia, Kenneth, Nelson, Edward, and Mike among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for planning and prayers at International Christian Centre (ICC) church at South C from 5:00 P.M.

Until his passing, Wilfred was the General Manager, Operations at AAR Insurance, Kenya.

Please join us for a church service to be held on Thursday 29th September 2022 from 10:00 A.M at ICC Church, South C.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 30th September 2022. A church service will be held at his ancestral home at Rungut, Litein, Kericho County at 12:00 P.M, and thereafter the cortege will proceed to his home at Lebekwek, Kaplong in Bomet County. The burial ceremony will be held on Saturday 1st October 2022, at his home in Kaplong.
