Wilfred Ochieng Omondi

Sunrise: 15th October, 1968 – Sunset: 9th June, 2022

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilfred Ochieng Omondi, following a battle with cancer, on 9th June 2022.

He was the Husband of Jully Ochieng, much loved Father of Judy Janice (Sweden), James Olute (Jimmy), Alfred Omondi, Christina Tekla & Natasha Tahiya.

Son of Mr. Charles Omondi Olute & Mrs. Mary Omondi Olute.

Grandson to the late James Othieno Olute and the late Mariana Othieno.

Brother to Sharon Makatiani, Dr Angela Achieng, Tina Omondi, Vallary Adhiambo (Kuchi) & Alex Olute.

Son-in-law to Mr & Mrs Felician Kawishe. Brother-in-law to Saddam Kawishe, Sakina Virismam & Archie Makatiani. Cousin, Uncle, and dear friend to many.

Mass will be held at Coptic Hospital Chapel, Ngong Road, on Friday, 1St of July at 7.00am.

Thereafter funeral service and burial will be at his father’s home in Uranga Village, Ukwala on Saturday, 2nd of July 2022.

There will be a major fundraising on Tuesday, 28th June 2022, from 4.00pm at the All-Saints Cathedral, Nairobi.

May the Almighty God rest Wilfred’s loving soul in eternal peace.
