It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing to Glory of WOI Arthur Moses Kuria Waweru, ISR Wing Sergeant Major, Kenya Air force Moi Airbase.

Loving husband of Mary Wambui Kuria of ICEA LION.

Son of Mrs. Rose Waruiru Waweru (Ministry of Healing and Needy) and the late Stephen Waweru Muiruri. Son-in-law of Mrs Pauline Wangari Wanyoike (Karagu) and the late Stanislaus Wanyoike Karagu.

Father of Stephen Waweru Kuria and Lt Rose Waruiru Kuria Omurwa (KDF). Father-in-law of Caroline Dzangas Waweru (Mazars Kenya) and Lt Peter Omurwa Mairura (KDF). Grandfather of Heta Wambui Waweru

Brother of Allan Muiruri Waweru (KDF), Stanley Ndichu Waweru (KDF) and James Karago Waweru.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 04:00PM at his residence in Nasra Garden Estate, Nairobi and also at his mother’s residence in Kahawa Sukari for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Mashujaa Funeral Home (Forces Memorial Hospital) Mbagathi Road, Nairobi on Friday 8th February 2019 at 9.00AM. Funeral Service and burial will take place at Giagithu village, Kimathi Sub-Location, Githunguri Sub-county, Kiambu County from 11 AM.
