It’s with humble acceptance that we announce the death of our beloved Zipporah Kimanthi an employee of World Vision-Kenya.

The first born daughter of Mzee Kimanthi Mulwa and mama Mbeti Kimanthi of Kako Sub-Location, Waia Location, Kisau Division in Makueni County. Wife of Stephen Opondo of Mwaani Girls High School. Daughter-in-law of the late Anton Opondo and Mama Josephine Opondo (Nyaudo) of Siaya County. Sister in-law of Dominic Mutula, Leonard Ondeng, Rev. Evelyn Opondo among others. Mother of Janet, Jacinta (KMTC Makueni), Saralyn (Bunyore Girls), Tedyanne (Machakos University), Dawnmarian (Precious Blood Riruta) and Dustinclive Anton (Unoa Primary). Sister of the late Patrick, Catherine, Mutua, James, Mutuku, Georgina and Kangwele. Mother in-law of Selvesta and grandmother of Victor and Brian.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Savannah Hotel. The cortege leaves Makueni Funeral Home on 12 October 2017 for burial in Kandulyu Wage Makueni County.
