lt is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Jane Rasoa Nafula Walukano that occurred on 2nd June 2017 after a long battle with cancer.
Wife to the late Slim Johnstone Walukano. Daughter of the late Simon Wabwoba and Lena Nasike Wabwoba of Chwele. Mother to Jeremiah & Nancy, Evelyne & Michael Ndemo and Moses Maunda. Grandmother of Daniel Wekesa and Kwanza Ndege. Sister to Kundu, Maria, Barasa, Tenge, Nicodemus, Nickson, Musame, the late Damaris, Emily, Simati, Natecho, Mutunga and Wycliffe.
Daughter in-law of the late Stephen Wesonga Maunda and the late Jones Mutua Wesonga. Sister in law to Kibanga, the late Phoebe, the late Patrick, Wafula, Alex, Nasipwondi, the late Wafula, Peris, Ritah, Noma, Moses Lusano, Jackton Mukhwana, Gladys, Margaret and many Jane Rasoa others. Cousin to Florence Mauko, Simiyu, Susan, Marakia, Peter Tenge, Mukhaye, Teresa Nasike and Nafula Walukano many others. Aunty to Wakhabu, Natecho, Ann, Mary, Joshua, Martin, Calistus, Jimmy, Muyoka, Maunda, Jossy, Jeremiah and many others. Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her farm near Birunda market , 3 kms from the Kitale Airstrip. The cortege leaves Kiminini Cottage on 8th June 2017 for a church service at the Salvation Army Church Kambi Miwa near the Kitale Airstrip .The burial service will be on 10th June 2017 on her farm in Birunda from 9:00 am.
