It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing of Editor Wangeci Kibui (Eddie) on 4 June 2025 in Athens, Greece.

Daughter of the Late James and Margaret Kibui.

Loving mother to James Wahome and wife to Sessay of Athens.

Sister to Wambura, Kariuki, Wangui, Nyuguto, Gathigia, Kabengi, Mwangi, Njeri & Weru.

Niece to Antoinette and the Late Kabengi, Wanjiru and Mwangi among others.

Cousin to Wanjohi, Kariukis’ and Michael, Wanguis’ and Nyugutos’ among others.

Aunty Esther, Wairimus’ Waihenya, Muthoni, Wangari, Kibui and Wachiras’ among others.

In-law to Kanjas’, Wambugus’, Wachiras’ among others.

Burial will be on 14 June 2025 in Athens, Greece.

Psalms 23:6 ‘Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever’.
