It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing on of our mother Naomi Obonyo Bosire.

Wife of the late Mzee Bosire Kenyoru of Itierio-Riamasagara, Bonchari, Kisii County. Daughter of the late Mzee Maeri Riang’a and the late Mama Nyabate Kimori of Bonyagatenyi – Kitutu. Sister of the late Keragita & the late Kemunto, among others.

Sister-in-law of the late Osoro, the late Keengu, the late Masagara, the late Marlin, the late Okioga, the late Nyagwencha & the late Jenniviva Kwamboka, among others.

Mother of the late Theodorah,Wilfred Asiago (USA), Joseph Mogire, Sabina Cesare, the late Tom, Evelyne Nyaboke & Jared Bosire. Mother-in-law of the late Amenya, Grace Asiago (USA), Nora Mogire, the late Charles, Geoffrey Nyambariga & Edna Jared.

Grandmother of Divina, Geoffrey, Dinnah, Walter, Brian, Sheila, Byron, Sharon, Cynthia, Dawn, Martin, Lynnah, Emma, Nixon, Jackson, Sheila, Lynn, Harrison, Dan, Mercy, Roy, Sheila & Tom. She has left 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The body is lying at Nyangena Hospital Mortuary in Kisii. Burial will be held on 29/07/2022, at her home in Itierio-Riamasagara, Bonchari Sub-county, Kisii County.
