It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the death of our beloved Peter Akumu Gould that occurred on the 25th August 2022 at 4:49 pm at Matter Hospital while undergoing treatment.

Peter Akumu Gould was an icon to many. He was the son of the late Paul Akumu Pambu and Grace Omondi Akumu. Husband to Celine Gould and Wilkister Gould. Brother to Wilfrida Oduwo, the late James Jaoko, the late Jane Akumu and many more distant siblings.

Father to Betty, Michel, Mario, Alistair, Grace, Sandra, Felipe and Peter jr. Adoptive father to Robert, Daisy, Ken Akumu, Billy, Ken Owitchra and the late Kevin. Grandfather to Nelvin, Kingston,Amarnie, Jasmine, Isaac, itti Paul and Noelle.

Peter Akumu Gould was diabetic and a few weeks ago he developed complications with his left leg, lungs, heart and kidney. He underwent several surgeries on the leg while in ICU for six weeks. Despite all the medication and dialysis, we lost him.

Friends and family are meeting on Saturday the 3rd September 2022 in his South B home from 2.00pm for his 7M medical bill fund raiser.
