It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Golfs will that we announce the passing on of Michael Kang’ethe Kiaraho that occurred on 12th November 2016 at Kenyatta National Hospital.
Son of the late Kiaraho wa Mukundi and the late Gathoni wa Kiaraho. Step son of the late Wanjiku wa Kiaraho.
Husband of the late RachaeI Wambui Kang’ethe and Winnie Njeri Mwangi. Father of Patricia Muthoni Kang’ethe, Martin Kiaraho Kang’ethe (USA), Charles Mwangi Kangethe (USA), Raymond Mukundi Kangethe, Pamela Nyambura Kang’ethe (Belgium) and Moses Thuo Kangethe.
Father-in-law of Dorcas Wanjiru (USA), Judy Njonjo (USA) and De ‘vid Verfaillie (Belgium). Step father  of Ann Wairimu Njeri.
Brother of the late Wairimu, Mukundi and Wanjiru. Step brother of Mwangi, Muceke and Wairimu (all late). Brother-in-law of the late Muthoni, Mucui, Njeri, late Mathagu, Gatune, Mugeci, Chege, Wanjiru, Kamau, Kimani, Wanjiku, Wangari and late Waithira.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Mihang’o, Utawala and at K.K Restaurant, Bruce House behind 680 Hotel starting from 6pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 19th November 2016 at  9am for funeral and burial service at his home in Rutumo village, Gikandu location Murang’a, off the  Murang’a-Kangema Road at 11am.

Loving wife of Mzee Richard Ochieng Olwenge of Alego-Uhembo. Mother of Margaret Atieno, Jayne Adhiambo, the late Ezekiel Seda, Joram Omondi, Jean Omondi, Sheila Onunga, the late Walter Onyango, Fannuel Odhiambo, Nahashon Okoth and Grace Ouma.
Sister of the late Monica Ogutu, Monica Akoth Olwennge and John Omollo Ndeda.
Mother in law of Francis Otieno Sigu of Ken-Knit, Pamela Seda, Mackline Omondi, Eng Michael Omondi Otieno (Narok), Stephen Onunga of Jubilee Insurance, the late Bephene Onyango, Eunice Chemeli Odhiambo, Jimmy Ouma Owuonda.
Friends and relatives are meeting at her residence West Indies Eldoret and rural home Alego Uhembo.
The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital mortuary on Friday 18th November 2016 at 8.30am for a brief stop at West Indies then depart for her Alego home.
Funeral service and burial will take place on Sunday November 20 2016 at Alego, Uhembo, Siaya County.

Daughter of the late Paul Wanjohi and Veronica Wanjiru. Sister of the late Maina Francis, Charles Mwangi, the late Wairuri Jane, the late Njoki Esther, Nyambura Lucy, Gichuki Joseph, Njeri jacinth and Waithaka Peter. She leaves behind many nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
Meeting will be held daily at Avenue Park II Estate, Outering Road, House No. 3A from 6pm to 9pm for burial arrangements.
The cortege leaves KU Funeral Home on Saturday 19th November 2016 for mass and burial at her home in Kabaru, Nyeri County.
