First Anniversary

 

Today (March 5, 2017) marks one year since you left us to be with Our Heavenly Father.

We miss your wisdom, love, influence and inspiration greatly and nothing fills this emptiness we have. Through the heartache and silent, tears we rest, assured that you are in a better place and are always watching over us.

You are especially missed by your loving husband Paul and children Kiptoo, Cherotich, Chebet, Chepkorir, Kipruto, Kiprono, your Grandchildren, Brothers, Sisters, Friends and all Relatives.

It is with mixed feelings of sadness and joy that we announce the transition to heaven of Esther Syokau Mutiso while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Hospital ICU.

Beloved wife of the late Mr Joel Mutiso Muasya of Kileleshwa. Devoted daughter of the late Timothy and Monica Mwei Kiamba.

Loving and praying mother of Patience (USA), Donella (USA), Purity (Vintex), Eric and Victor. Mother-in-law of Bernard Odhiambo and Mary Muasya. Grandmother of joy, Jill, Esther, Joel and Patience. Sister of Naomi Wambua, Martha Kalunde, the late Jennifer Muya, the late Mule Mwei, Peter Mwei, Mbithe Mwei, Kyalo Mwei, . Rose Kiendi (KRA), Salome Malombe and Onesmus Mwei. Sister-in-law of the late Peter Muasya, Martha Nzuva, Joyce Mutile, Sarah Mutiso, Robert Mutuku, Simon Ndeti, Ngina Mulinge, Grace Ndinda, Sebastian Wambua and Justus Kiendi. Cousin of Prof Mbithi (Vice Chancellor UoN) and Sr. Felix amongst others.

A fundraiser will be held at St Andrews PCEA Church, Nairobi, at 5pm on Tuesday 7th March 2017.

Meetings are being held daily in Kangundo, Yatta, and Nairobi South C and St. Andrews PCEA.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday 11th March 2017 at her home in Sofia, Yatta, Machakos County.

1st Anniversary

Days have turned into weeks ,Weeks have turned into months, Months have turned into a Year. Today (March 5, 2017) is the anniversary of the day that we lost you and for a time it felt as though our lives had ended too.

But loss has taught us many things and now we face each day with hope and many memories to help us on our way.

And though we are full of sadness that you are no longer here, your influence still guides us and we feel your presence near.

What we shared will never die. It lives within our heart bringing strength and comfort while we are apart.

Brother of George Gatonye (Kiria-ini), the late Ann Wanjiru, Teresa Wangui of Makuyu, the late James Githiomi, Boniface Muchiri (Kiria-ini) and the late Josphine Wamaitha. Doting father of Angela Muthoni Chege.

He hailed from Kiria-ini, Mathioya, Murang’a, county.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Consolata Mission Hospital Mortuary onTuesday 7th March 2017 at 9am, followed by funeral service and burial at his father’s farm Mathioya, Murang’a County at 11 am.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori funeral home, Embu, on Monday 6th March 2017 at 9am followed by church service at ACK St. Andrews Nguru at 11am and later the funeral service at her home in lvinge Village, Gachoka, Embu County.

The burial will take place on Monday 6th March 2017 at her home in Koiwa, Bomet County.

The Franciscan sisters of St Joseph Asumbi regret to announce the death of our beloved Sister Scholastic Anyango Tawo (Clair) which occurred on 26/02/2017 at Mbaga. Daughter of the late Jaduong’ Joseph Tawo and the late Mama Teresa Tawo. She was born in 1946 in West Alego Rabar Location, Siaya County.

She was the 8th born in the family of nine Clement, Leonida, Hellen (both RIP) Phelister, Joseph (RIP), Henry, George Rec Sr. Scholastica FSJ, Maria. Aunty of Peter Ochieng’. Sisters-in-law of Lonah & Angelinah.

The cortege leaves ChristaMarianne Hospital on Sunday 5/3/2017 2pm for reception mass at St Theresas Mother House Chapel. Funeral mass will take place at St Theresas Catholic Church Asumbi on Monday 6th March 2017 from 10am and presided over by Rt. Rev Bishop Philip AS Anyolo there after burial at Asumbi Cemetery.

Grandson of Rithi Wanjiku & the late Harrson Njoroge and Rakeri Njoki. Uncle of Skitter Njoroge, Jane Gachanja, Wallace Gachanja, Lydia Wambui, Eric Ngatia, Jane Njoroge, Roy, Jayden, Rogder, Scott and Natasha. Brother-in-law of Levi Shako of Nakuru. The body is lying at Naivasha Sub-County Mortuary. The funeral will be held on 7/3/2017 (Tuesday) at Kihoto Farm Naivasha.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his father’s home at Kihoto Naivasha for funeral arrangements.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at home Iraa village and GSU Headquarters.

The cortege leaves Lazaru Funeral Home Kericho on 6th March, 2017 at 2.00 pm for burial on 7th March, 2017 at his home in lraa village Kericho West District.

Today (March 4th 2017) marks one year since you physically left us.

Losing you was the hardest thing to accept, but remembering you is the easy thing to do, we do it everyday, missing you is the heartache that never goes away, your memory is our keepsake with which we will never part. God has you in his keeping but we have you in our hearts. Your life was a Blessing, your memory a treasure, you’re loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
