First born child of the late Ndeto Mull and the late Monika Wambui Karumba. Sister of the late Timothy Mwilu, the late Kithama and the late Christine Muthee. Mother of Beth Kavesu, the late John Kioko, Leah Nduku, the late Monicah Wayua, the late Joseph Ngile, Grace Mueni, Naum Kamene, William Wambua, Daniel Kitaka and Beatrice Nthenya. Step mother of Andrew Mutuku, Alice Mutindi, Jane Wavinya, DaudiKitaka, Solomon Nzau, Morris Ngile, Joyce Kalondu, Patrick Mutua, Irine Nzisa, Shedrack Wambua and Cathereen Kamene. Mother in-law of the late Redempta John, Elizabeth Wambua, Beatrice Kitaka and Elizabeth Mutuku among others. Grandmother of Veronica Wavinya, Athanus Kioko, Kamene Thomas, Annastacia Ndinda, Paul Mutua, the late Janet Nzilani, Jimmy Mulumba, Mulumba Kitaka, Caro Ngile, Jimmy Kala and Nganda Mutuku among others. Aunt of Ndeto Mwilu, Wambui, Githae, Wairimu, Esther Mandi, Philip Munguti, KyaloNzioka, Christine Mutete, Paul Nthuka, Kitaka Kyunguti, Mutua Kivindu, Mutuku Kivindu and Kimeu Kivindu among others. Burial arrangements are going on both in Nairobi (Garden Square) and at her home in Nthangu Village, Makueni County. There will be a mini harambee at Garden Square at 6.00pm and at her home in NthanguVillage on Thursday 8th 2017.The burial will be on Saturday 10th at Nthangu Village, Makueni County.

 

 

Ruth Kinaitore Kang’uura (Mummy)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Ruth Kinaitore Kang’uura (Mummy) of Mayoe Village Mikinduri, Tigania East-Meru County, which occurred on 30th May 2017 at Coptic Hospital – Nairobi after brave battle with cancer.
Wife of the late Salesio Kang’uura. Mother of Hon. Florence Kajuju-Meru County Women Representative, the late Felix,Karambu, Kimathi and Miriti. Purity Nkatha of Kengen  Naivasha, Kinoti, Mweteeri (Tete) and Ken Mwenda of Kenya Defence Forces (Kdf). In Law of David Gitonga and Timothy Mugambi. Grandmother of many.
Friends and Relatives are meeting daily at Nevada Hotel Makutano Meru, Mayoe home Mikinduri at 5pm (up to Thursday) and St Andrew’s P.C.E.A Lecture Hall 3 Nairobi from 5pm (Monday -Wednesday) for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Friday 9th June 2017 at 9.am for Funeral Service at St. Massimo Catholic Parish-Mikinduri at 10.Am. and thereafter burial at her home Mayoe Village.

She was the wife to the late Shem Nyagaya Mboya Nyandega. Mother to Debra Nyagaya. Daughter of both the late Mzee Enock Aloo Okech and Mama Janet Aluoch Aloo, of Alego Kogelo (Lambwe). She was daughter in Risper Achieng Nyagaya law to both the late Mzee Nehemiah Mboya Nyandega Aluko Nyandega and Ma.ma Perpetua Adara of Karachuonyo, Konyango. Grandma to James,Joshua Jennifer. Sister to Alice, James (I), Joseph, Ruth, Mary (I), Helen, Norah, Daniel, Abisage (I), Dolly, Debra, Henry and Micah. Sister in law to Wilson, Walter, Benson, Moshe, Prof. Isaiah, Jared, David, Ulda,Wilkista (I), Mwanaisha (I), Kesiah, Jane, Peres. The cortage leaves Agha Khan Hospital Mortuary on Friday 9th June at 12pm for church service at Ndiru SDA Church, Gendia and proceeds to her home. The burial will be held at his rural home in Tharuni village, Limuru sub-location, Limuru location, Kiambu County. Family and friends will meet on Saturday 10th June, 2017 at All Saints Cathedral, St. Matthews Hall from 1pm to 4pm and on unday 11th June, 2017 at PCEA Jeremiah Gitau Memorial Church Kwa-Mbira at 2pm to raise funds for the pending hospital bill.  There will be a memorial service on Thursday 8th June, 2017 at PCEA Makupa, Mombasa at 5pm.
