It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Tom Gicho Muchina of Kenya Pipeline Company, through a tragic road accident on Wednesday, 24 May 2017.
Husband of Marjorie Wanjiku father of Dennis Wanjau, Brian Muchina (Arch Bishop Ndingi High School) and Eddie Mbugua (High Peak Academy). Son of the late Mathew Muchina and Mary Wanjiku.
Son-in-law of the late Joseph and Angelina Wamwea. Brother of Wambui, Margaret Mbugua, Wairimu, Chege, Njambi, Mburu and John. Brother-in-law of Beatrice, Peter, Michael, Rose and Janet. Uncle of many.
The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home (Nairobi) on Friday 2nd June 2017 at 8.00 am for burial services at ukuma Cemetery along Nairobi-Nakuru Highway in ri Division, Kiambu County.

 

Gladys Libona Ongachi Esipila

with heart conditions.
Daughter of the late Dedan and Jerida Amasimba from Ebusiratsi, Elukongo,
Bunyore. Loving Mother of Robert Omuhinda, George Dedan, Dr.Walter Onyino,
Nickson Oluchina, the late Alice Echusajackline Esipila and Donald Wakura. Sister
of Linet Omuteku, the late Ephely Omulando, Phylis Sinange, Alfred Inonda and
the late Jason Opati. Grandmother of Griffin, Absalom, Oliver, Jeridah, Gladys,
Centrine, Julius, jason,Tamara, Kyla and Tori. Cousin, Aunt, Grand-aunt and Friend
to many.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home on June 1 , 2017 at 7am for her
Eldoret home. There will be a church service for mama at Faith Baptist Church,
Eldoret June 1, 2017 in the afternoon. Funeral service and burial will be held at her
farm in Soy on Saturday June 3, 2017.

Esther Njeri Njenga

We the family of the late Esther Njeri Njenga and the larger Mundia family, would like to thank the Almighty God for giving us our family Matriarch for the last 97 years, indeed she was blessed with a fruitful life, spanning close to a century for which we are truly grateful.
We wish to take this opportunity to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our relatives, in-laws, friends and neighbours, for surrounding us with your love and care during our time of bereavement. We were touched by your calls, personal visits, financial, spiritual and moral support.
We would like to thank the PCEA Bahati Martyrs Parish for the communion and prayers, with her during her lifetime. We would like to thank Rev Albert Karanja and together with PCEA Church Elders for leading the funeral and memorial services at home.
We would also like to thank the ACK Church leadership for the use of the facilities at All Saint’s Cathedral for the funeral committee meetings and Rev Joseph Kamau for leading the prayer sessions.
We would like to thank all the individual members of the funeral organizing committee and Canon John Wairumbi and Patrick Marekia for chairing the meetings that culminated in the successful arrangements for the funeral.
Special thanks go to Dr. Kagimbi, Dr. V. Wekesa, Dr. D.N. Ndungu, Dr. B. Samia, Dr. G. Muturi, Dr. P. Ngugi and Dr. S. Bagha, and the nurses and support staff who attended to her during her hospitalization.

Solomon Kago, the late Hezbon Kamau, Rev. Sister Mary Wanjiru(Kirinyanga diocese), Samuel Macharia, Zabron Kiurire, Jane Munjiru Gicaga and David Kirathe(Kikuyu town). Father-in-law of Nancy Wakio(Kwale County), Bernard Kimani(Nyahururu), Winnie Njoki and Martha Merl. Grandfather of Diana, Michelle, Charles Muchoki, Grace, Lilian, Joseph, Marvin, Morris, Silvia, Veronica, Charles Kago and Charles VVangui.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Gaturi, (Gatara village) for funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Muriranjas Hospital mortuary (Murang’a County) on Friday 02/06/2017 at 9: 00 AM for a church service at ACK ST. Marks Church Gatara (Murarandia location).Thereafter the burial will take place at his farm in Gaturi (Gatara village)at 2:00pm.

She hailed from Masis Village, Nyamache Kisii County. Sister of Dick, Henry, Joshua, Nyamoita, Benard and Geofrey. Daughter in-law of the late Charles Lubao and Mayi Dinah. Sister in-law of Jane, Damaris, Mary, Gladys, Emily and Gesare both of Nyamache (Masisi). Also sister in-law of Fridah, Ronald, Mandah, Jesica, Claire,Violet, Mary, Mlongo, Liam, Evicar, George and Many others from Kakamega. Friends and relatives have been meeting at her-residence in Komarock Sect I and the final contributions will be today 31/05/2017 at Garden Square to offset funeral expenses starting 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Thursday to Bungoma and burial will be on Saturday 03/05/ 017 starting 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.

Loving mother of Mary Nduta Ngige (Kairi), Githende Gachanja (Mombasa), John Gachango and Dominic Ichugu Gachanja (Thika). Mother-in-law of Peter Ngige, Irene Gathoni, Jedida Wambui and Catherine Ichugu. Co-wife of the late Esther Muthoni. Stepmother. of David Njogu (Adv), Racheal Nduta Kamunyu among others. Grandmother of Dr Ngige, Eng Gachanja,Veronicah Wanjiku, Timothy Mburu, Cynthia Gathoni (Germany), Wangechi, the late Mark, Stephen Gachanja, Dennis Mburu, Christine Gathoni, Mark Gathigi among others. The cortege leaves Bishop Okoye Funeral home(Thika) on Saturday 3rd June 217 at 8am. Thereafter funeral services and burial at her home in Kairi village, Gatundu North,Kiambu County.

It is one year since you left us to be with the Lord.

We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Keziah Njeri Nyika which occurred on Wednesday 24th May 2017 at Tumutumu Mission Hospital after a long illness bravely borne. Wife of the late David Nyika Muriithi. Daughter of the late Gadson Kamau Karanja and the late ,Zipporah Wangari Kamau. Mother of Gadson Kamau Nyika (Nakumatt Head Office) and Henry Muriithi Nyika (Senator’s office — Nyeri). Mother-in-law of Catherine Muthoni Kamau and Felicine Nyambura Muriithi. Sister of the late Mary Wanjiru Njoroge, Peninah Muthoni Kangethe and Peterson Karanja Kamau. Sister in law, auntie and grandmother of many.
Friends and relatives are meeting at her home in Mukurweini, Kaheti – Kiawaita village, central pub-Mukurweini town and lmmaccra Hotel – Nairobi for funeral arrangements daily. The cortege leaves Tumutumu mortuary on Friday, 2nd June 2017 at 9:00 a.m for burial service at Mirundu P.C.E.A church and burial at her home thereafter.
