Senator David Musila and the entire family of the late Alice Kivwea Musila thank the Almighty God for the blessing of our Mum’s life. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to those who stood with us during the illness and demise of our dear mother. We were deeply touched by messages of condolence via SMS, telephone calls and in person.We especially convey our gratitude to the President, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta, Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, H.E Kalonzo Musyoka, Mr. Peter Muthoka and many other friends, too many to mention, for their messages of support during that difficult time.
We would like to thank the funeral-organizing committees in Nairobi, Kitui and Mwingi, Senator Musila’s colleagues in the Senate and the National Assembly and our many friends and relatives who prayerfully supported us during Mum’s illness.

We thank Dr. Earnest Kioko, of the Nairobi Hospital, Prof. Stanley Khainga, of the Aga Khan hospital and all nurses of Nairobi Hospital, for the care they gave to our mother during the period of her illness.
