Wife of Mr. Patrick Mwangi Ngatia, Daughter of the late Edward Mukunya and Grace Wakonyu. Daughter-in-law of Grace Muthoni Ngatia. Loving mother of Peter Ngatia and Phylis Wangui, Alice Muthoni and John Logan Davis,Grace Wakonyu and John Njoroge and Edward Mukunya. Sister of Mercy Wanjiru, Florence Wanja, Lawrence Kamenju, Lily Wachuka, Catherine Muthoni, Irene Wambui, Esther Nyaguthii, Mary Wangui and Christopher Macharia. Grandmother of Ian, Clarence, Austin, John, Jack, Jane, Karen and Sean.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 4.00 pm at their Nanyuki Home and at IBIS Hotel Nanyuki 6.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. The cortege leaves Nanyuki District Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 18th July 2017 at 9:30am. Funeral service will be held at CEA Nanyuki and burial at her home Kwa Huku,Toll.

It is a year now since you left us to be with the Lord. The void you left cannot be filled, but the Lord has lifted us to a place of comfort, strength and peace. It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Jane Wanjiku Maina Njoroge after a brave battle with cancer on 3rd July 2017.

Daughter of Solomon Maina (Nanyuki) and the late Grace Nyokabi. Loving wife of Moses Njoroge Gakuya. Daughter In law of Enson Gakuya and Grace Wanjiru. She was a doting mother of Eric Gakuya and Ian Maina. Sister of Jane Wanjiku Mugo, James Wamai, David Gitonga, Florence Wangare , Irene Wambui and Peterson Wachira. Sister-in-law of Meja, Wanjira, Njambi, Njuguini and Wangui.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Saturday 15th July, 2017 at 7.00am for a burial ceremony at her husband’s home in Kiangi Ruthagati-Nyeri County.

Husband of Susan Lumbete Salamba that happened on the 8th July 2017 after a short illness.
