It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mr. Charles Njithi Njogu following long illness .

Son of the late Chief Daniel Njogu Njithi and the late Wanjiru Njogu. Loving husband of Martha Muthoni and beloved Dad of Douglas Mwangi (Eastonhill), Jane Muguti (Ongata Rongai), Beth Wanjiru (Huho-ini), Stephen Wambugu (Stewan),Hon.Wangechi Njithi (Nyeri County Assembly), the late Beatrice Waigumo, John Munyiri (Mombasa), Joseph Mathenge (Danhill Investment), Washington Nginga (Niwan H/W Nyeri), Peris Njeri (Perrin Leather), Gladys Nyambura (Muruguru Pry).

Brother of Wagaki, Wangari, Ndiritu, Mathenge, Waheire, the late Wagitumbu, Waigumo, Kariuki, Thanji and Maina. Son-in-law of the late Rev. Stefano Wambugu and the late Zipporah Wairimu of Mutathi-ini village. Father-in-law of Muguti, Mbuthia, Wangechi, Mary, Lucy, Joyce, Elizabeth (Nyewasco) and the late Gacheche Gachago. Grandfather of Njithi, Muthoni, Muguti, Leah, Kaguongo and many great grandchildren.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at his Gatitu Home and at 6.30pm at Ibis Hotel Nyeri and Gatitu Restaurant Cross Road Nairobi for prayers and funeral arrangements. The Cortege Leaves Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan Hospital) on Monday 17th July 2017 at 9.00am.The funeral service will be held at PCEA Gatitu Church. Burial will follow at their Kamunyiri home , nearWambugu Farmers Centre.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on 13th July 2017 at noon. Burial will be on 14/7/2017 in Karariw village, Central Gem location conducted by Luanda SDA Church.

We, the family of the late Chesang Cheptugen Kapakwei Kaptaiwa clan would like to sincerely thank God and all of you who stood with us recently as we bid farewell to our beloved Koko Elizabeth Chesang who went to be with the Lord on 25th June,2017.

Loving mother of Late Kigoro Nthukah, Late Njaungiri Nthukah, John Mulache (SNCO KAF), Richard Thiriku (Rtd Education Officer), Lydia Mbura Mutegi, Elijah Njagi Mulache, Hon. Albert Muchira Kigoro (MCA Evurore Ward), Late Njaungiri, Loise Nthukah (NAP KENYA), Late Monica Ciaweru and Rt Revd Dr Moses Masamba Nthukah – Bishop ACK Diocese of Mbeere. She has left behind 7 daughters in laws, 36 grandchildren, 33 grandchildren in law and 55 great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves ACK Mt Kenya Hospital Mortuary Kerugoya on Friday the 14th July 2017 at 08.00am for funeral service at All Saints Church Njarange and thereafter burial at her matrimonial home in Njarange Village, lshiara Location, Embu County.
