Husband of Damacline Kemunto (Kwale County). Father of Victoria Nandago. Son of Evans Wataka Makokha and lnvialata Natecho Makokha of Siyoi farm, Sitatungwa location, Kaplamai division Trans-Nzoia County. Son-in-law of Joseph Okinyi and Joyce Ogechi of Suneka Kisii. Grandason of Maria Naliaka Makohka and the late William Makohka Napwora. Brother of Eugine (Foreign affairs) and Osca (Nairobi) and Anneline (MOH Kitale). Nephew of the late Joseph Wekesa VVataka, the late Zipporah Munyole Phares Wataka (Nairobi),Victoria Wataka (Nairobi) the late Paul Sitati, Maurice Wanyonyi (Lukhuna), Assistant chief Stephen Wafula Nakitare (Sikulu), Samson Barasa, Dinah Nangekhe and Rebbecah Sifuna.

Dr. Allan Makokha served the Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists’ Union for 7 years as an official, first as Coast Branch Chairman 2011 – 2014 before being elected into the National Executive Council Member as a Council Member where he served until his demise on 26/ 10/17. He was Servant leader who believed in championing for the Welfare of doctors in Kenya and an Improved Public healthcare system. His diligence and willingness to serve will be missed.

The cortege leaves Mombasa on Wednesday at 2pm and arrives in Kitale on Wednesday Evening 1st November 2017. Burial is on Friday 3rd November 2017 at 2pm Siyoi farm. Direction: Siyoi farm, MAILI SABA- Kapenguria RD- Chematich schools (opposite).

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Mr. William Chepkwony Towett formerly of State House Nairobi on 25th October 2017 after a short battle with cancer bravely borne.

Husband of Martha Towett (Deceased), Gladys and Judy. Father of Lina (USA), Catherine (USA), Allexie, Beatrice (USA), Ken, Steve, Wesley, June (UK), Bill (UK), Abraham and Kemboi. Grandfather of Baraka, Sydney (USA), Martha and Justin. Son in law of John Petrocelli (USA). Brother of Esther, Joseph, Rael, the late Paul Towett, John, Samuel, Joel, Rebecca, Ruth, Alice, Late Esther. Brother in law of Sang, Esther, Selina, Anna and the Late Barngetuny.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 5pm until 1st of November at Woodlands Grill. There will be a fundraiser on Thursday November 2nd at 2.30 pm in Woodlands Grill.

A brief prayer and viewing will be held at War memorial Hospital Mortuary at 12.30pm and thereafter the cortege will leave for an overnight stay at his home in Olenguruone on November 3rd 2017. The funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, November 4th 2017 at 10am.

Son of the late Oyunge Mwembi and Jerusha Nyambeki. Beloved husband of Hannah Moraa and Trusilla Kemunto. He was father of John, Morara, Okong’i, Mwembi, Isaiah, Elias, Benard, Onchoke, Florence, Naomi, Jane, Sibia, Norah, Biliah, the late Obiri, the late Ombasa. He leaves behind 5 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Christamariane Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 01 November, 2017 for an overnight stay at his home. Prayers and burial will take place in his Nyantira village, Nyamache Sub County of Kisii County on Thursday, 02 November, 2017.

He was the beloved uncle of Magdalene, Florence, Beatrice, Brian, Collins, Shirlene, Sally, Kevin, Nicole, Quincy, Tanya, Michelle, Sasha and Questine. Grandfather of Derryl, Twain, Leslie, Rachel, Javan, Briel, Prestlie and Suzanne.

Father of Fred, Monica, Jagero, Caroline, Matilda, Leo, Christine, Susan, Maureen, Sheila, Charles and Angelina. Father-in-law of Jane (NyaKabar), Meshack, the late Chrispin, Grace, the late Lando, Rose, the late Ben, Dedan, Festus, Jane (NyaRongo), Richard, James, Nick, John and Helen.

He is survived by 46 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

She was mother-in-law to Jacinta Mutua (Athi River Secondary), Eunice Mule (Southern California Seminary), Juliana Katela (SA Mutituni Secondary School), Pauline Kyalo (Kauti Secondary School), Pst. Peninah Jackson (KRA, Nairobi), Richard Mutunga (Kiteta Girls’ Secondary School) and Pst. Kevin Kimtai (AIC Kinangop).
