Dr. Allan Napwora Makokha (Kwale County)
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Dr. Allan Napwora Makokha (Kwale County).
Husband of Damacline Kemunto (Kwale County). Father of Victoria Nandago. Son of Evans Wataka Makokha and lnvialata Natecho Makokha of Siyoi farm, Sitatungwa location, Kaplamai division Trans-Nzoia County. Son-in-law of Joseph Okinyi and Joyce Ogechi of Suneka Kisii. Grandason of Maria Naliaka Makohka and the late William Makohka Napwora. Brother of Eugine (Foreign affairs) and Osca (Nairobi) and Anneline (MOH Kitale). Nephew of the late Joseph Wekesa VVataka, the late Zipporah Munyole Phares Wataka (Nairobi),Victoria Wataka (Nairobi) the late Paul Sitati, Maurice Wanyonyi (Lukhuna), Assistant chief Stephen Wafula Nakitare (Sikulu), Samson Barasa, Dinah Nangekhe and Rebbecah Sifuna.
Dr. Allan Makokha served the Kenya Medical Practitioners Pharmacists and Dentists’ Union for 7 years as an official, first as Coast Branch Chairman 2011 – 2014 before being elected into the National Executive Council Member as a Council Member where he served until his demise on 26/ 10/17. He was Servant leader who believed in championing for the Welfare of doctors in Kenya and an Improved Public healthcare system. His diligence and willingness to serve will be missed.
The cortege leaves Mombasa on Wednesday at 2pm and arrives in Kitale on Wednesday Evening 1st November 2017. Burial is on Friday 3rd November 2017 at 2pm Siyoi farm. Direction: Siyoi farm, MAILI SABA- Kapenguria RD- Chematich schools (opposite).
